Vol. 1. Pp. vii, 261. Vol. 2. Pp. 295. Contemporary green calf binding, , good and strong, with a little general wear and some rubbing, corners more worn and rounded, but firm. Highly decorative gilt design to spine, red title spine labels, gilt ruled borders to front and rear boards. Contents clean and tight; good margins, prize plate to volume 1 pastedown dated 1862. A very good set.
