Description

no dated, but neat gift inscription dated Xmas 1910. Unpaginated but 28 pages, including 24 full page chromolithographed plates, the other father pages have brown tinted illustrations. Complete with original end papers. Original red cloth backed pictorial laminated board binding, generally very good with a little general wear and rubbing, slight marked, cornes somewhat worn and slightly rounded. Contents clean and tight, hinges strengthened with a small strip of Japanese tissuethe odd small mark. A very good copy. Bibliographical note: This Father Tuck's title appears to be excessively rare - we have been able to locate a single copy; Copac do not cite any libraries with a copy. It is in the Raphael Tuck's untearable series and is No. 257, designed in England, printed in Germany.
